iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Showing Black Screen with Spinning Wheel- How to Resolve

Many iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users are stuck with their phone showing black screen with a spinning wheel. Users are unable to restart or turn off their phone and are left to let battery die and restart their iPhone. Mostly this problem is coming after updating iOS of the iPhone or installing any app.

Below are some solutions you can try to resolve this problem:

Solution: 

  1. Hold Power and Volume Down button simultaneously till your phone turn off. 
  2. Now connect your iPhone to computer.
  3. Now your phone will get turned on itself and ready to use. If it doesn't turn on follow below steps:
  4. Open www.iCloud.com on computer.
  5. Click Find iPhone
  6. On the upper bar click Devices and click on your iPhone.
  7. Now click "Remove from Account". 
  8. Now go to iTunes and restore your iPhone.
If step one doesn't work for you you can try Volume Down + Home + Lock Button simultaneously to turn off your iPhone.

If your iPhone is showing same error again even after restore you must update your iOS to the latest version available. To update your iPhone follow: Settings -> General-> Software Update.
